On Tuesday, July 7th, NFDI4Energy reached a huge milestone for the consortium: Representatives presented the consortium’s progress — alongside the other NFDI consortia from the 3rd funding round — to the NFDI Expert Committee of the DFG in Bonn.

At the event, NFDI4Energy representatives gave a 15-minute talk and contributed to the 90-minute poster session, where the team fielded a wide range of questions on community building, data, ontologies, industry connections, our vision, and governance.

A huge thank you to the team who represented NFDI4Energy at this important milestone event: Angelina Kraft, Johan Lilliestam, Anke Weidlich, Stephan Ferenz, and Astrid Nieße!

We’re especially grateful for the many fruitful discussions with the reviewers and expert committee, and for their relevant, insightful feedback. We’re already looking forward to integrating it into our work.
