Task Area 7 focuses on coordinating and managing NFDI4Energy. In this regard, Task Area 7 is organizing regular exchanges between all task area leads. Also, Task Area 7 covers the aspects of general outreach communication and coordinating our services. Task Area 7 also coordinates our exchanges with other NFDI consortia and the NFDI association.

Objectives

• Efficiently manage and govern the NFDI4Energy consortium
• Ensure proper accounting and compliance with legal obligations
• Organise internal and external communication and information infrastructure for the project
• Ensure quality of the whole work within the project
• Organize and coordinate the NFDI4Energy service portfolio.
• Support the integration of NFDI4Energy in the NFDI landscape

By managing and coordinating the NFDI4Energy ecosystem, we support all other task areas in service development, but do not develop services ourselves.
