Fraunhofer focuses on the transfer of research findings to companies and the creation of applications based on those finding in the economic world. Fraunhofer FIT aims at developing IT solutions for different application domains, including energy. According to our role between industry and research and a customer-centric view developed in industry projects, we add the industry perspective to the consortium and aim at activating industry partners to engage in data sharing.

Task Areas

  • Task Area 3: Fraunhofer FIT supports RWTH in this TA by establishing a link to relevant industry partners. They utilize their network of industry partners to help identify industry requirements for platform adoption and data sharing, and contribute by serving as the primary contact point for these partners.
